Transformation Church has put in a team for the Coldest Night of the Year walk at Grace Place. Our goal is to raise $5,000 of Grace Place's goal to raise $100,000. 

It's going to be a good day on February 28th as we walk together in support of this ministry. Click on the link below to join the team and help fundraise for the walk.
