Pentecost Sunday; this is a Sunday to remember and celebrate the birthing of a new Church, one that is filled with and empowered by the Holy Spirit.
As I was meditating on the Holy Spirit this week I had a picture of how the Holy Spirit speaks to those who are His; it's like a gentle nudge in the ribs! He lives within those whose Lord is Jesus and He nudges us toward being more like Jesus in how we live our lives. Imagine what could happen in our city if we all learned to respond to His nudges.
